The Bolgheri Bianco from Tenuta Di Vaira is aged in French oak barrels, a process that gives the wine remarkable complexity and depth. The result is an elegant wine, with notes of exotic fruits, citrus, and white flowers, accompanied by a pleasant vanilla and toasted nuance derived from the wood aging. This wine represents a perfect synthesis between tradition and innovation, respecting the typical characteristics of the Bolgheri territory while introducing new nuances and aromas.

Despite this new path, Tenuta Di Vaira has never abandoned the production of pure Bolgheri DOC Vermentino. This wine, which represents the viticultural tradition of the region, continues to be one of the estate’s strengths. The Vermentino, with its aromas of Mediterranean herbs, citrus, and pronounced sapidity, perfectly reflects the terroir of Bolgheri and the mastery with which it is cultivated and vinified.
